Presenter: Holly Nelson-Johnson, MSN, APN, FNP-BC is a Family Nurse Practitioner, Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Interpersonal Mindfulness Teacher who has offered Mindfulness programming and Spiritual Practices at Old St. Patrick’s for many years. She has a background in Interfaith Dialogue, Social Justice, mission work, and the development of Contemplative Practices for more than twenty-five years.
