Pilgrimage to Picturesque France
Sunday, October 23 – Wednesday, November 2, 2011
You are invited to join us for a pilgrimage to the “heart” of France where you will have an opportunity to visit medieval castles, magnificent Cathedrals, walled cities, and colonial mansions. Hosted by Fr. Tom Hurley, Pastor, Old St. Patrick’s Church, the tour promises to be insightful, uplifting, educational, and most of all, a thrill of a lifetime. The 11-day pilgrimage will include visits to Chartres, Rouen, Blois, Bayeux, the fairy-tale castles of the Loire River Valley, and the battleground of the Normandy invasion. No trip to France would be complete without a visit to Paris, the “City of Lights.” Your sightseeing itinerary also includes Notre Dame, and the Church of St. Catherine Laboure — the Shrine of the Miraculous Medal.
