Social Life at Old St. Pat's

LGBTQ+ Ministry

Old St. Pats is an inclusive and affirming community and our LGBTQ+ Ministry is a celebration of our individual journeys in faith as LGBTQ+ Catholics. Inspired by the radical hospitality here at Old St. Pat’s, we are an inclusive community, affirming of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and allies!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I’m not gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender. Can I still attend programs or events?
Absolutely! We welcome and encourage friends and allies regardless of sexual identity. We offer some spaces that are exclusively for folks who identify as LGBTQ+, like our Pneuma Faith Sharing Group for Young Adults. We also offer spaces that are open to all, for example our Allyship Workshops and speaker series.

I have a friend from another parish that is LGBTQ+, would she/ he/ they be able to attend?
Yes, we are an open community who welcome OSP members, members of other parishes, or folks who do not identify as Catholic.
