Come Cheer on the Chicago Marathon Runners!  

Join Our Cheer Station!
Join the Old St. Pat’s Cheer Team for the Chicago Marathon.  Sunday, October 12th.  Old St. Patrick’s is the ½ point for the marathon and has a long history of supporting this world marathon major race.

It’s a great way to get volunteer hours done for school, invite your friends and family and be with  other St. Pat’s Members, bring family and friends.  First time attending the marathon, no problem we will help you get your cheer going along with our two Old St. Pat’s DJs - Andre and Johnny!

Bless Your Blisters
After the marathon, all runners and runner's dedicated supporters are invited to attend Mass at 5 pm at Old St. Patrick’s Church for a special blessing. Don’t forget to wear your medal!

​Directions and Parking
The Chicago Marathon course will be heading west on Adams from Wacker, running right by Old St. Pat's. You can find information about street closures and parking restrictions here: STREET CLOSURES - Bank of America Chicago Marathon.

All Masses as scheduled: 
7 AM | 9 AM | 11 AM | 5 PM (Bless Your Blisters!) | 8 PM 

Please note that due to the runners, it will be difficult to cross Adams. Adams and Desplaines are closed from 6 AM to 1 PM.  Mass goers should approach from the Northside of the building. Please plan alternate parking or transportation. The 625 W Adams parking garage will be accessible as usual for the 5pM and 8PM Masses.
