Director of Youth Ministry

The Director of Youth Ministry is a creative and dedicated Roman Catholic who will lead the Foundations Youth Ministry program, accompanying teens as they grow in faith and Christian discipleship shaped by the Old St. Patrick’s Vision: Live our Faith. Heal the World. The Director of Youth Ministry will plan and facilitate youth group meetings, retreats, and service-learning trips, leading teams of young adult volunteers and teen leaders. Director of Events and Member Engagement

This high-profile role is part of the advancement ministry and oversees the strategic planning, management, and execution of Mission Funding Events and Member Engagement at Old St. Patrick’s. The Director is responsible for creating meaningful experiences that deepen engagement, strengthen community, and inspire continued support. ​DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

As a key member of the Old St. Patrick’s Staff Team, the Director of Marketing and Communications will develop and execute the strategy to represent Old St. Pat’s to both internal and external audiences, grow engagement and deepen affinity.
​

The Director will report to the Chief Development Officer and work closely with the leaders of Old St. Pat’s various ministries on-site to ensure that messaging is reflective of the respective groups’ goals and objectives.
