Special Friends Mass
Special Friends Masses are intended for members of our faith community with diverse abilities who may struggle to attend a traditional Mass. It is a place of welcome, encouragement, and triumph where Christ’s presence feels palpable among us and from where we help to bring Christ into the world.

Prior to mass we provide an activity for families to get to know each other and feel comfortable in the space. After mass, there is a reception for families to socialize. Children who may want a break during the liturgy are welcome to use the activity tables in the back or their parents may take them into an empty classroom.
We would like to make as many accommodations for families as possible. If there is something that would make your experience easier, please let us know. If you would like to attend or volunteer please contact Bea Cunningham via email at [email protected], or via phone at 312-831-9351.
