What a day! A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for Shamrock’n at Old St. Pat’s—from our amazing performers and entertainers to our incredible volunteers, and all who came to celebrate!

Special thanks to Liam Durkin, Smarty Pants, Whiskey Mick, the OMG Dance Group, Trinity Irish Dancers, the Chicago Garda Pipes and Drums, The Shannon Rovers, One of the Girls, @kingcaricatures, and Smiley Paints Chicago for keeping the energy high and the Irish spirit alive all day long!

And, of course, a heartfelt thank you to our generous sponsors—your support makes events like this possible and helps us continue to bring the community together in celebration.

Shamrock’n: A Family-Friendly Irish Celebration

Looking for a lively way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with family and friends? The 4th annual Shamrock’n at Old St. Pat’s Pop-Up Pub offers an afternoon of fun, entertainment, and Irish cheer in a welcoming, warm festive atmosphere.


When: Saturday, March 15, 2025 | 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Where: Old St. Pat’s Campus, 625 W. Adams (Entrance on Des Plaines St. between Adams & Jackson)
Tickets:
  • General Admission: $30 (food à la carte) - SOLD OUT 
  • Kids: $10 (includes a hot dog) - SOLD OUT
  • Pub Pass: $60 (includes 3 beverages and a meal) - SOLD OUT​

Try your luck in the grand raffle, with a potential top prize of $20,000! Early bird drawings run from February 13 to March 9, offering additional chances to win cash, event tickets, and Shamrock’n gear.

What to Expect?

Delicious Beverages and Pub Fare: Savor Irish favorites alongside refreshing Guinness, Baileys and Cola-Cola beverages in the pop-up pub.

Live Entertainment:
Enjoy traditional Irish music, and performances from Whiskey Mick, Liam Durkin and One of the Girls that will have you singing and dancing all afternoon. Special appearances by Irish dancers and Bagpipers will help you get your jig on. 


​Activities for All Ages:
From face painters, balloon artists to engaging community activities, there’s something for everyone.

Directions

New event location this year in the Amazing Space Event Venue at 625 W. Adams (entrance on DesPlaines Street between Adams & Jackson) in the heart of the loop. There is a paid parking lot at the Southeast corner of Monroe & DesPlaines. 

 Public transportation is highly recommended. Old St. Pat’s is within walking distance of the Quincy El stop and Ogilvy & Metra train stations. For schedules and routes, visit:
