As a community committed to radical inclusivity, Old St. Pat’s welcomes members of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
We benefit from the many gifts of LGBTQ+ Catholics.
Our LGBTQ+ faith sharing group meets the last Sunday of each month after 5 PM Mass. Our next meeting will be June 29th. Snacks and refreshments will be served, and there will be opportunity for social time and informal conversations as well as rich, meaningful discussions of faith. All are welcome! I’m not gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender. Can I still attend programs or events?
Some of our events--like June's "Praying with LGBTQ+ Catholics" prayer service--are open to all people and straight friends, family, and allies are warmly welcome. Other events--like our monthly faithsharing group--are primarily intended for LGBTQ+ Catholics.
I have a friend from another parish that is LGBTQ+, would she/ he/ they be able to attend?
Yes, we are an open community who welcome Old St. Patrick's members, members of other parishes, and LGBTQ+ people who have no affiliation with a Catholic parish.
