​The Career Transitions Center of Chicago

The Career Transitions Center was founded in 1997 as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation to empower professionals to find meaningful employment. CTC provides professional, emotional, and spiritual support to long-term unemployed older workers and first-generation college graduates from communities of color.

Harmony, Hope & Healing

Harmony, Hope & Healing creates a safe environment where vulnerable individuals and families heal and rebuild through the restorative power of music. HHH offers on-site music programs and community engagement opportunities to individuals, children, and families who are dealing with the trauma associated with homelessness, incarceration, addiction, and isolation.

Horizons for Youth

Horizons for Youth is a community committed to helping children recognize and achieve their full potential. In partnership with dedicated families, they provide need-based tuition scholarships, one-on-one mentoring, and enrichment outings. Combined, these services enable students to persist through ​college. Horizons for Youth is the only organization in Chicago that provides scholarship, mentoring, and enrichment programs for children from kindergarten through high school, with continued academic and socio-emotional support through college.

Coprodeli

Since 1989, Coprodeli has served the most impoverished families of Peru and has developed a comprehensive approach to providing fundamental needs which include structured, effective, sustainable programming in the areas of education, housing, health care, nutrition and food security, job training, and micro-entrepreneurship. Coprodeli USA works with Coprodeli to make positive social change possible in Peru. With the financial support and volunteer assistance of Coprodeli USA, Coprodeli contributes to the development of establishing a dignified life for the poorest population of the regions of Callao, Ica, and San Martin, Peru.

LIFT

LIFT aims to educate the most vulnerable in Indian society - orphans, those of the Dalit caste (the lowest caste level, formally referred to as 'untouchables’), and girls living in extreme poverty. LIFT is dedicated to developing leadership excellence in motivated and talented youth in Tamil Nadu, India. LIFT provides quality education and a home environment for youth with high potential who would typically be denied schooling due to limited access to resources.
